have a good day Sue and Liz, send my regards to Wendy, not seen her for a very long time (good few years infact). Hope you raise lots of funds too and find some good homes.

Look forward to seeing you at Crufts Sue and Liz. I'm coming up and staying for Best In Show, something I've always wanted to do, but normally had dogs with me so rushed off to get them home as soon as I could.

Lots of time to browse the stands and spend lots of £££££s

Hope you all have a good day Sue, and manage to raise loads of money, and more importantly....awareness!! what days are you there?
I was thinking of going this year as gundogs are actually at a weekend but I didn't fancy going on the busiest day. I'll have just finished radiotherapy so think it might be a bit too much for me this year
maybe next time!

xx

Thanks for that Sue, I'll see if Paul can get the day off work

Janet, I haven't started radio yet, I went for planning on Thursday and was too broad for the machine and the other machine was in use so have to go again for planning in 2 weeks.

Crossposted from Wiggle's blog....

"It really is an honour for Labrador Rescue South East & Central to be invited to attend and represent rescue Labrador's and I'm really hoping that Wiggle and Sofy do both me and LRES&C proud. I'm sure they will, but it doesn't stop me from worrying!

Now I have all the details I can confirm that we will be in Hall 3/3a on Stand 52.

If you're going to be at Crufts on Sunday, Gundog Day, please come along and say hello!"

You lucky people going on Sunday please take your cameras
We want lots of pics from you all.

Camera will be charged ready to capture lots of dogs and humans! I will be cheering for the English Setter or Lab to win BIS, it won't be the Lab, they're not showy enough. Ooh I do love a bit of ringside judging, far better than the actual thing. I used to make a quick get away or everyone who you hadn't placed wanted to know WHY

Sue I'm collecting the leaflets from printers tomorrow, and will bring them with me so you will have a good supply.

Save me a few calendars as my Charlie is in it this year

Janet i dont have any calanders left dont know if Sue Baker has any left most of my merchandise is going with me we have some new peg bags this year Jackie knows someone that makes them. i love watching the labs being shown you have a birdeye view on our rescue stall you cant get anywere near the lab rings at crufts the people are 6 deep round them hope this doesnt sound horrible but i hope a lab never wins bis as the puppy farmers would have a field day and then the rescues would have more rehoming to do.looking forward to seeing you Janet.love sue+girls

Sue, I have sent you an e-mail re: cards. Some on their way!!

It would have been lovely to meet you all but I'm giving it a miss, Dan said he might have a run overat weekend as he's no lectures till mid-week and he's got time off work!
If the people are '6-deep' around the rings I'm glad I'm not going, I couldn't cope with big crowds at the moment
Sorry, I agree with Sue, whichever breed wins B-I-S always becomes more popular and cops out with puppy farmers lets hope it's not a Staffy or Rottie LOL! (too many in rescue already that are overlooked!)

Have a great day!!

xx
