An online friends dog (united states) just had her dogs leg amputated due to bone cancer she was so worried how he would cope with three legs, not 24 hours later she had a phone call from the vet telling her he was fine and eh when would she be picking him up as despite just having his leg amputated he managed to open his cage during the night and was running up and down the corridors of the critical care ward!!! He is going to cope just fine with his three legs, these dogs are amazing they just get on with life no matter whats thrown at them.

I am so pleased to hear his is recovery well. We could certainly learn a thing or two from our canine friends.
